Application for Right to Manage

Welcome to our online application service. Complete a few easy steps and then you will be asked to create your RTM account where you will be required to submit the details of all consenting leaseholders. You will need at least 50% of Leaseholders in each block for you to qualify for Right to Manage.

Once your consent list has been submitted you can monitor the progress of consents and payments from the list of leaseholders. Simultaneously as your claim progresses the application status is updated.
